How I Work
My aim is to help you find your unique ‘root’ to long-term improvements to your health. When I take you as a client, regardless of what your condition is, I take a full case history, assess all the information and provide programs to suit your needs.
What do you need support with?
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed and is bombarded with nutrition advice from the media or sick and tired for not achieving your health goal or just after a bit of health advice, or want to tackle a specific health concern or symptom.
Our Services
The initial one-to-one consultation will last between 70 and 90 minutes, ahead of this, I will ask you to complete a health history questionnaire and a 3-day diet-diary.
I advise clients to book at least one follow up appointment approximately 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment. This appointment will last approximately 45 minutes.
One initial consultation and 2 follow up appointments. In this popular package, I provide continued support across a 6-8 week duration.
